D. Social Crisis Communications

Social Crisis Communications consists of a real-time crisis monitor with issues, channels, and public perception feedback to help shape crisis management action.

Monitors social media reaction, and will alert the client via secured email or social messaging apps when the public’s negative sentiment rises beyond the historical

levels. The alert will include a complete report covering graphs and charts on

velocity and intensity of the viral incident, the top media channels and influencers,

top positive and negative sentiments. The report will also include

recommendations on counter measures. The report is on a retainer basis.

E. Social Influence Operations

Generates an advocacy playbook to enable client to generate social pressure to support or oppose specific legislation, special initiatives, or projects. It covers an assessment of allies, opposition, government regulation and influencers in relevant spheres to minimize avoidable obstacles and foreseeable antagonists as evaluated in social media.
